CareSuper

CareSuper engaged the agency with a rebrand. This meant a redesign of their old website. For the design team, we didn't want it to simply be a redesign project. With this in mind, we engaged the client around known problems, data around drop off rates and what their goals of the website were.

Synthesis and Wireframe

I started wireframes based around some of the little insights and data provided by the client. The main page in focus was the comparison of different super options.

User Testing

I prepared and facilitated moderated user testing. I found minor issues with how graphs were being visualised and how it hindered a little in how people were understanding the growth over a period of time of a super option.

UI Design and Development

Applying the insights from testing, I moved into hi-fidelity UI design. This was a challenging process that many parties needed to be constantly engaged. A third party agency was responsible for branding so our team need to apply this to the website design. Once we got through this process, it was about collaborating with the dev team to ensure the key functionality was working as expected.

Outcomes

Besides a fresh, new and rebranded website, the drop off rate across those key super comparison pages decreased significantly.
