
Catch PDP Delivery Estimates
With the business strategy shifting to focus on delivery, this piece of work in surfacing delivery estimate information on product page was prioritised and was given a short timeframe. With that, came challenges in designing an optimal customer experience.

Quick research
I conducted a landscape review of other ecomms both locally and internationally. I looked at industry best practise in relation to delivery estimates on PDP and did a very quick survey to get some very quick sentiments.

UI Design and Quick Testing
Based on the quick research, UI designs and common scenarios were mocked up. We did some really quick unmoderated customer testing just to make sure there wasn't any major pain points or things customers didn't understand.

Iteration and walkthrough
At this stage, it was very much working closely with the BA to iron out other scenarios. After a couple rounds of iterations, the designs was ready for squad walkthrough.

Outcomes
This is very much an MVP test and learn approach. Designs were quickly delivered due to the business priorities and tech feasibility. We were still able to collaborate between different squads with different people very effectively given the circumstances.
